Game Asset Integration Program
Learn how to properly integrate and optimize 3D assets within modern game engines. Our practical curriculum covers everything from basic pipeline setup to advanced optimization techniques that actually matter in production.

What You'll Actually Learn
We built this program around what studios actually need. Not theory you'll forget in a week, but real workflows you can use immediately.
You'll work with Unity and Unreal Engine from day one. We cover asset importing, material setup, LOD configuration, and performance optimization. By month three, most students can handle basic integration tasks independently.
The second half focuses on problem-solving. When an imported model breaks the lighting system, or when texture memory balloons unexpectedly—those are the situations we prepare you for. Because that's what the job actually looks like.
Program Structure
Three phases that build on each other. Each phase includes hands-on projects based on real production scenarios we've encountered over the years.
Foundation Phase
Months 1-3 cover engine fundamentals, asset pipeline basics, and version control. You'll learn proper folder structure, naming conventions, and how to import assets without breaking everything downstream.
Technical Phase
Months 4-6 dive into materials, shaders, lighting interaction, and performance profiling. This is where you learn why some assets run smoothly and others tank the frame rate.
Production Phase
Months 7-9 focus on real-world application. You'll work on portfolio projects that demonstrate actual production skills—the kind studios look for when hiring junior technical artists.
Who Teaches This Program
Our instructors currently work in game development. They're not just teaching theory—they're sharing techniques they use every week in actual production.

Faris Khalaf
Lead Technical Artist
Faris spent six years at a mobile game studio handling asset pipelines. He knows every weird import issue you'll encounter because he's probably hit it twice already.

Layla Baheeg
Environment Artist
Layla builds game environments and understands how assets need to work together. She teaches the practical side of optimization—what actually impacts performance versus what's just busywork.

Nadine Rafaat
Pipeline Developer
Nadine writes tools that make asset integration faster. She'll show you how to automate repetitive tasks and build simple scripts that save hours of manual work.
Program Details and Format
When It Runs
Starting September 2025, running through May 2026. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Weekend workshops happen monthly for hands-on practice.
Hybrid Format
First session each week is in-person at our Alexandria location (11 Hehia Street, Camp Shezar). Second session is online via video conference. All recordings are available if you miss a session.
What You Get
Direct access to instructors through our Discord server. Weekly assignment reviews. Portfolio development guidance in the final phase. We can't promise job placement, but we can help you build work worth showing.
